PhizChat 是面向巴西市场的社交产品。你将负责一个核心 PMF 场景,从真实用户需求出发,与产品、研发及市场团队共同验证场景价值,推动用户完成首次有效互动并持续使用,对所负责场景的用户留存表现负责。
岗位职责
- 验证用户需求。通过用户访谈、问卷、社群观察及行为分析,识别目标用户、使用动机、核心痛点和流失原因,形成可验证的需求假设。
- 负责场景 PMF 测试。制定测试方案,明确目标人群、核心行为、样本要求和判断标准,组织真实用户参与,验证用户为什么使用、为什么持续回来,并提出扩大验证、调整或暂停的建议。
- 提升用户激活与留存。围绕新用户引导、首次关键行为、核心互动和重复使用设计运营策略,开展实验并持续优化,对场景内的新用户次日留存、后续留存及使用频次负责。
- 建立用户分层运营机制。识别新用户、活跃用户、核心用户和流失风险用户,设计相应的触达、互动、激励与召回策略,培养能够持续参与和贡献价值的核心用户。
- 推动产品与运营协同。将用户反馈和数据发现转化为具体改进建议,与产品、研发共同优化场景体验,与市场团队协作验证渠道用户质量及注册后的活动承接效果。
- 完成数据分析与复盘。跟踪用户转化、留存和核心行为,区分不同渠道及用户群体的表现,沉淀测试报告、运营流程和可复用方法。
任职要求
- 具有 3–5 年用户运营相关经验,有社交、社区、兴趣社群或其他高互动产品经验,能够独立负责一个用户群体或业务场景。
- 有用户激活、留存或活跃度提升的实际项目经验,能够清楚说明问题判断、策略设计、执行过程及结果,并提供具体案例。
- 具备用户研究能力,能够独立开展用户访谈,结合定性反馈与行为数据识别需求,避免仅凭少量用户意见做判断。
- 具备数据分析和实验意识,理解用户分群、转化漏斗及留存分析,能够合理设置实验指标,评估策略效果。
- 具备较强的执行与跨团队协作能力,能够在需求尚未完全明确的阶段主动推进测试,根据结果及时调整方向。
- 英语能够作为工作语言,可独立开展英文用户访谈、参与跨团队会议,并撰写运营方案和分析报告。能接受短期 2-3 个月前往巴西出差。

About the role
PhizChat is a social product for the Brazilian market. You will own a core PMF scenario, working with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to validate scenario value from real user needs, driving users to complete their first meaningful interaction and continue using the product. You are accountable for user retention performance in your scenario.
Responsibilities
- Validate user needs. Through user interviews, surveys, community observation, and behavioral analysis, identify target users, motivations, core pain points, and churn reasons to form testable hypotheses.
- Lead scenario PMF testing. Design test plans with clear target audiences, core behaviors, sample requirements, and success criteria. Organize real user participation to validate why users use the product and why they return, with recommendations to expand, adjust, or pause.
- Improve user activation and retention. Design operation strategies around onboarding, first key actions, core interactions, and repeat usage. Run experiments and continuously optimize. Accountable for next-day retention, ongoing retention, and usage frequency.
- Build user segmentation operation mechanisms. Identify new users, active users, core users, and at-risk users. Design outreach, engagement, incentive, and re-engagement strategies to cultivate core users who consistently participate and contribute value.
- Drive product-operation collaboration. Translate user feedback and data insights into concrete improvement recommendations. Work with Product and Engineering to optimize scenario experiences. Collaborate with Marketing to validate channel user quality and post-registration engagement effectiveness.
- Perform data analysis and retrospectives. Track user conversion, retention, and core behaviors. Distinguish performance across channels and user segments. Document test reports, operational processes, and reusable methodologies.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of user operations experience, with social, community, interest-based community, or other high-interaction product experience. Able to independently own a user segment or business scenario.
- Hands-on experience improving user activation, retention, or engagement. Able to clearly articulate problem diagnosis, strategy design, execution process, and results with specific case studies.
- User research capabilities. Able to independently conduct user interviews, combining qualitative feedback with behavioral data to identify needs without relying solely on limited user opinions.
- Data analysis and experimentation mindset. Understand user segmentation, conversion funnels, and retention analysis. Able to set reasonable experiment metrics and evaluate strategy effectiveness.
- Strong execution and cross-team collaboration skills. Able to proactively drive testing when requirements are not fully defined, and adjust direction based on results.
- English as a working language. Able to independently conduct English user interviews, participate in cross-team meetings, and write operation plans and analysis reports. Willing to travel to Brazil for 2–3 months.
Bonus
- Experience in overseas social products or user operations in Brazil/Latin America.
- Experience building user communities from scratch, validating new scenarios, or participating in early-stage PMF exploration.
- Able to independently perform user behavioral analysis using SQL or common data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in Portuguese.
