PhizChat 是面向巴西市场的社交产品。你将负责运营活动的策划、执行与效果优化,结合不同用户场景和业务目标,设计能够促进用户参与、互动和持续使用的活动,与用户运营、产品、研发及市场团队共同推动用户增长与留存。
岗位职责
- 制定活动方案。围绕拉新、激活、互动、留存及召回等目标,结合用户需求、产品场景和当地文化热点,策划活动主题、参与机制、奖励规则及传播方案。
- 推动活动落地。负责从方案到上线的完整执行,包括需求协调、素材准备、文案撰写、活动配置、上线验收和过程跟进,确保活动按计划交付。
- 支持核心场景验证。与用户运营经理协作,为核心 PMF 场景设计活动,通过真实参与和互动行为验证活动机制,促进用户完成关键行为并再次使用。
- 做好渠道流量承接。配合市场推广、合作渠道和老带新项目,设计新用户欢迎、注册引导及首次参与活动,提高渠道用户进入产品后的激活和留存。
- 管理活动过程与成本。跟踪活动参与情况、用户反馈及奖励发放,及时处理异常,防范刷量和奖励滥用,控制预算并评估投入产出。
- 分析效果并沉淀方法。建立活动效果评估口径,分析触达、参与、关键行为转化、留存及成本,通过对照实验或分群分析判断活动带来的增量,形成复盘报告和可复用的活动流程。
任职要求
- 具有 3–5 年活动运营相关经验,能够独立完成活动策划、跨团队推进、上线执行和效果复盘,有完整项目案例。
- 具备较强的活动创意与机制设计能力,能够将业务目标转化为用户愿意参与、规则清晰且可落地的活动。
- 具备扎实的执行和项目协调能力,能够管理任务、资源及交付进度,关注活动规则、用户体验和执行细节。
- 具备数据分析意识,理解活动转化、用户留存和成本指标,能够根据数据调整活动,并区分短期参与热度与持续使用效果。
- 具备良好的文案表达和用户理解能力,能够根据不同人群与场景设计活动内容,对社交互动、社区玩法及文化热点保持敏感。
- 英语能够作为工作语言,可独立撰写活动方案和文案、参与跨团队会议,并与海外同事沟通执行细节。能接受短期 2-3 个月巴西出差。

PhizChat is a social product for the Brazilian market. You will own event planning, execution, and optimization. Combining different user scenarios and business goals, you will design activities that drive user participation, interaction, and sustained usage, working with User Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive user growth and retention.
Responsibilities
- Develop event plans. Around goals such as user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and re-engagement, combine user needs, product scenarios, and local cultural trends to plan event themes, participation mechanisms, reward rules, and distribution strategies.
- Drive event execution. Own the full process from plan to launch, including requirement coordination, asset preparation, copywriting, event configuration, launch acceptance, and process follow-up to ensure on-time delivery.
- Support core scenario validation. Collaborate with the User Operations Manager to design events for core PMF scenarios. Validate event mechanisms through real participation and interaction, driving users to complete key actions and return.
- Handle channel traffic. Support marketing campaigns, partnership channels, and referral programs by designing welcome experiences, registration guidance, and first-event participation to improve channel user activation and retention.
- Manage event operations and costs. Track participation, user feedback, and reward distribution. Handle exceptions promptly, prevent fraud and reward abuse, control budgets, and evaluate ROI.
- Analyze results and document methods. Establish event evaluation criteria. Analyze reach, participation, key behavior conversion, retention, and costs. Use controlled experiments or cohort analysis to measure incremental impact. Produce retrospective reports and reusable event playbooks.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of event operations experience. Able to independently complete event planning, cross-team execution, launch, and retrospectives with complete project case studies.
- Strong creativity and mechanism design skills. Able to translate business goals into engaging, clearly ruled, and executable activities.
- Solid execution and project coordination skills. Able to manage tasks, resources, and delivery schedules with attention to rules, user experience, and execution details.
- Data analysis awareness. Understand event conversion, user retention, and cost metrics. Able to adjust events based on data and distinguish between short-term buzz and sustained usage.
- Good copywriting and user empathy. Able to design event content for different audiences and scenarios, with sensitivity to social interaction, community mechanics, and cultural trends.
- English as a working language. Able to independently write event plans and copy, participate in cross-team meetings, and communicate execution details with overseas colleagues. Willing to travel to Brazil for 2–3 months.

- Experience in event operations for overseas social, community, or internet products.
- Experience in Brazil or Latin America, or proficiency in Portuguese.
